Refund and cancellation policy

1Subscription renewal

  • A subscription renews monthly or annually until you cancel it.
  • The renewal terms, the amount and the next charge date are disclosed on the checkout screen before you pay.
  • The next date and amount are shown in Mypage > Settings, and a receipt is emailed after each renewal. No separate reminder is sent before a renewal charge.
  • Price changes are disclosed before they take effect.
  • A failed payment may suspend paid access.
Cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless a refund is approved.

2Subscription cancellation and refunds

  • Within seven days and before using a paid feature: full refund.
  • After seven days or after paid use begins: refund may be prorated as required by law.
  • Cancellation without a refund request stops the next renewal; remaining access continues.
  • Annual-plan refunds may deduct used time and discounts already received.

3Apply passes

  • An apply pass is a single-use digital pass for applying to an audition or listing.
  • An unused pass is fully refunded within seven days of purchase.
  • The pass is spent the moment your application is sent; from that point the right to withdraw is limited, and this is disclosed on the checkout screen before payment.
  • If a payment succeeds but the application is not filed, the pass is restored automatically.
  • Free credits and promotional benefits have no cash refund value.

4Secure-payment refunds and disputes

  • Before performance: if both parties agree to cancel, the full charge — performance fee and service fee — is refunded to the organizer. The service fee is not withheld.
  • After the performer requests settlement and the transfer is made: funds have been paid out and are not refundable.
  • Non-performance or unilateral cancellation: payment or refund follows the agreement and verified circumstances.
  • During a dispute: release is paused while contract, signature, and message records are reviewed.
To cancel by mutual agreement, email info@obriarts.com with the contract details. If you disagree, file a dispute from the secure-payment card in Mypage — settlement is put on hold as soon as it is filed. Obri supports mediation but does not replace a court or public dispute-resolution body.

5Seven-day withdrawal and digital-content exception

You may generally withdraw from an unused paid service within seven days of payment or service start. Withdrawal periods may be longer when a service materially differs from its description or agreement. Where digital content begins immediately with your consent and is consumed, the right to withdraw may be limited after use starts; any such limitation must be disclosed before payment.

6How refunds are processed

  • Email info@obriarts.com with the payment date, amount and reason. Your payment history is in Mypage > Payments.
  • Refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method.
  • Once eligibility is confirmed, Obri begins the refund without undue delay and normally within three business days; card issuers may take longer to post it.
  • Unavoidable processor fees may be deducted where permitted by law. The secure-payment service fee is not deducted — see article 4.

7Questions and dispute resolution

Contact info@obriarts.com first. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may use an appropriate Korean consumer, content, or electronic-transaction dispute body. Korean law applies, and the Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance where permitted.
