Obriarts connects performers, organizers, and opportunities. We aim to make professional work more transparent through open discovery, clear fees, and written agreements.
Discovery, profiles, in-app messaging and lesson ads are free. The following are paid, and the price and terms are shown on screen before you pay: the single-use apply pass required to apply to an audition or listing; the service fee on contracts and secure payment, which the organizer pays on top of the performance fee and which is never deducted from the performer's settlement; and subscription and advertising products for organizers, which renew automatically until cancelled. Withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the refund policy.
You retain ownership of profiles, media, applications, listings, messages, and other content you provide. You grant Obriarts the limited rights needed to store, display, process, and operate that content for the service. You may edit or delete content where the product provides those controls.
We process personal data only for disclosed purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Personal phone numbers and email addresses are not publicly displayed by default; location is shown only at the level needed for matching.
Do not upload media, scores, photographs, identities, or professional records you do not have permission to use. Access to another member's content does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
Electronic signatures and related records may have legal effect under Korean law. Obriarts may retain signature time, access information, and the agreed document for evidence and service operation.
How a performer is paid depends on the booking, and the two paths are different. In a secure-payment booking, the organizer deposits the fee with Obriarts before the date and Obriarts pays the performer, to their registered payout account, once they request settlement; questions and non-payment go to Obriarts through the dispute button in Mypage, which pauses settlement immediately. In a direct booking, the organizer pays the performer directly on the date written into the contract; Obriarts holds no money, does not pay on the organizer's behalf and does not guarantee payment, but may restrict an organizer's account when non-payment is reported and confirmed. The payment date and any cancellation penalty written into a contract are agreements between the two parties — Obriarts does not enforce them automatically.
Depending on severity, Obriarts may warn, temporarily restrict, or terminate an account. Serious illegality, repeated non-payment, fraud, or significant harm may lead to immediate termination. We will give notice where reasonably possible and accept appeals at info@obriarts.com.
Obriarts is responsible for loss caused by its intent or negligence as required by law. Obriarts facilitates connections and records but is not normally a party to the underlying performance between users. Each party remains responsible for their agreement and performance.
You may close your account from settings. Identifying data is deleted or de-identified unless a record must be retained for contracts, payments, disputes, or legal compliance. Delete public posts you no longer want before closing the account.
Maintenance, failure, force majeure, or product changes may interrupt service. We aim to announce foreseeable material changes at least seven days ahead, or 30 days ahead when a change may materially disadvantage members.
Ordinary amendments are announced at least seven days before taking effect; materially adverse changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and may also be sent by email. You may stop using the service if you do not accept an amendment.
Questions, complaints, and product feedback may be sent to info@obriarts.com. We will respond within a reasonable scope and timeframe.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We first seek a good-faith resolution through customer support. Where litigation is necessary, the Seoul Central District Court is the agreed court of first instance to the extent permitted by law.
This policy explains which data Obriarts processes, why it is used, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
We use data to operate accounts, match opportunities, deliver requested features, prevent abuse, process agreements and payments, answer support requests, comply with law, and improve reliability. Optional marketing data is used only with consent.
Instrument, location, schedule, and listing data may be combined to show relevant opportunities or availability. Aggregated or de-identified data may be used to understand market patterns. We do not sell personal activity data for third-party advertising.
Backup deletion may take up to 30 days.
You may edit your profile and schedule, delete your listings where available, close your account, or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability by contacting info@obriarts.com.
We do not provide personal data to third parties without consent unless required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to complete a transaction you requested.
Service providers may process limited data for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, messaging, and payments. Current providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stream, and PortOne. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to each service.
Members must be at least 14. You may withdraw optional consent without losing unrelated core service. If you believe your rights were not handled properly, contact us or the relevant Korean privacy authority.
Privacy inquiries: info@obriarts.com. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and other safeguards intended to protect personal data.
Obriarts does not ordinarily require a Korean resident registration number. If identity verification or legally regulated payment work later requires unique identification information, the specific item, processor, purpose, and retention period will be disclosed before collection.
Any such information would be used only for the disclosed verification, payment, tax, or legal purpose and protected separately with restricted access and encryption.
You may refuse optional collection. A feature that legally requires verification may be unavailable, but unrelated Obriarts features remain available.
With consent, Obriarts may send product news, relevant opportunities, benefits, events, surveys, and promotional information. Core notices about security, contracts, payments, and account operation are not marketing.
Messages may be sent by email or in-app notification. You can change marketing preferences in settings or use the unsubscribe method in a message. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
