Audition date: Monday 15th & Tuesday 16th June 2026 Requirements: First and Second movements of Mozart Oboe Concerto in C Major, including cadenzas, with piano or orchestral accompaniment, PLUS First and Second movements of the Strauss Oboe Concerto in D Major, including cadenza, with piano or orchestral accompaniment, PLUS Orchestral Excerpts Closing date: Monday 18th May 2026 The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra offers an attractive salary package for the successful candidate. Please note that this position is open to citizens of Australia or New Zealand, permanent residents of Australia, or those that have the legal right to work in Australia.
