The International Orchestral Academy (IOA) offers an unpaid internship for students and graduates of music performance programs. Trainees gain hands-on orchestral experience in the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava for the fall semester (7th September 2026 – 28th January 2027), taking part in subscription concerts and tours with mentoring from principal players.
